Steven Love is a licensed home inspector in Frederick County, Maryland with a strong background in building systems, maintenance, and property oversight. He is AHIT certified and a proud member of InterNACHI, reflecting his commitment to industry standards and ongoing education.
With over eight years of experience as a Facilities Manager for a residential mental health organization, Steven has overseen the safety, upkeep, and operations of six residential and commercial properties, maintaining high standards for functionality and compliance.
His experience gives him a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of how homes perform over time. Known for his thorough and honest approach, Steven clearly communicates his findings so clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and is dedicated to delivering reliable, client-focused service.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Steven can usually be found outdoors, kayaking along the Potomac River or camping in the Appalachian foothills he calls home.
